Radar Cooling System (French Military)

The intent of this project is to provide Liquid and Air cooling system as well as Pressurization for a radar installed at the nose of the Folker 100 aircraft used as the Test Bed. The cooling systems are required for the test of different avionics systems located in both the un-pressurized nose fairing compartment and the pressurized nose compartment of the aircraft.

Eng Tech was selected to provide a turnkey solution, including all the instrumentation and software development to control and monitor the systems. Furthermore, to provide a custom made user interface installed in the cabin. All instrumentations used were compliant to DO160 specifications. The software package was made out of layers of user interface modes to allow the user to run, calibrate or troubleshoot the system.
