Boeing B747 Cargo Hoist System

This Containerized Hoist system was designed for a Boeing B747 to house and secure a Passenger Trolley module and its Canopy was used to provide passengers to enter the aircraft without walking.

The Hoist system includes three motor drive systems, Battery charging unit, LED lighting, wired and WIFI handheld controllers that provides a smooth operation to load and unload the Lift / Canopy module into and out of the aircraft. The WIFI system is a proprietary communication system to insure the security of operations.

The system is automatically disconnected from the aircraft power while in flight and will automatically connect to the aircraft power once on ground.
